This upgrade covers all functional failures that affect the printers’ performance for an extended 3-year period. It includes the cost of all labour and parts as required including the cost of printhead fitting (not including the supply of the printhead). Free telephone support is also included as part of this package*.
The on-site ‘GOCARE’ warranty upgrade provides extra peace of mind in that the repairs can be made at your site allowing any problems to be resolved quickly and efficiently at a fixed price.
• Fast response – Engineer will be on site on a next working day response level
• If the printer cannot be fixed within a further 8 hours, then a loan printer will be arranged
• Includes the cost of all call outs and labour charges
• Includes the cost of all parts required due to functional failure
• The cost of fitting printheads is included (not including the cost of the printhead)
• Telephone support for all technical queries
• Repairs carried out by fully qualified Godex printer engineers
• Parts held in stock to ensure quick repairs
• Repairs for accidental damage are included (although parts will be chargeable)
