Purchase Call Plan Vouchers
Available in two options, Purchase call plan vouchers offer an alternative scheme for end users to buy cover for their printing operations. Instead of the traditional onsite annual service contract detailed above, on offer is a “flexible voucher” scheme ideally suited to those customers who operate a large number of printers across their production sites but do not want to commit to a full fixed period service plan.
The main attraction of this voucher scheme is your customer obtains the same service as per a full annual onsite service contract but only uses their pre-paid vouchers as and when appropriate. In other words, their perceived risk of not getting “value for money” is taken away.
Under this scheme, a “block of calls” is purchased up front by your customer guaranteeing the same level of service as the above annual onsite service contract, and then rescinded to effect repair on any of their printing systems within their printing operation. PCP vouchers are purchased in blocks of 10 in advance and come with no expiry date.
Each block of vouchers are valid for ONE site only; for customers with multiple sites, blocks of vouchers must be purchased per site.
