We offer end users alternative schemes to buy cover and support for their printing operations.

With either Purchase Call Plan Vouchers or telephone support vouchers, customers are offered flexibility with their cover & support.

Purchase Call Plan Vouchers


Available in two options, Purchase call plan vouchers offer an alternative scheme for end users to buy cover for their printing operations. Instead of the traditional onsite annual service contract detailed above, on offer is a “flexible voucher” scheme ideally suited to those customers who operate a large number of printers across their production sites but do not want to commit to a full fixed period service plan.

The main attraction of this voucher scheme is your customer obtains the same service as per a full annual onsite service contract but only uses their pre-paid vouchers as and when appropriate. In other words, their perceived risk of not getting “value for money” is taken away.

Under this scheme, a “block of calls” is purchased up front by your customer guaranteeing the same level of service as the above annual onsite service contract, and then rescinded to effect repair on any of their printing systems within their printing operation. PCP vouchers are purchased in blocks of 10 in advance and come with no expiry date.

Each block of vouchers are valid for ONE site only; for customers with multiple sites, blocks of vouchers must be purchased per site.

      Labour only vouchers –

List Price: £253 per voucher

  • Guaranteed response service level – NEXT BUSINESS DAY
  • Engineer’s call out and two hours onsite included*
  • No expiry date; unused vouchers simply roll on year on year
  • Only used as required

Option 2:

    Parts and Labour vouchers –

    List Price: £408 per voucher

  • Guaranteed response service level – NEXT BUSINESS DAY
  • Engineer’s call out and two hours onsite included*
  • No expiry date; unused vouchers simply roll on year on year
  • Only used as required
  • Parts replacement due to wear and tear excluding main logic board, power supplies,
    consumables items (as detailed under printer breakdown contracts) and malicious damage.

No contract and feel the fault may not warrant an onsite visit? One of our engineers can arrange to call your customer, diagnose and possibly resolve the issue over the telephone. This is a great option to help resolve media set up issues, printer settings and run through a check list that might help the end user having the pay for a call out.

*Please note that each voucher covers a one-hour period of call time; calls longer than this time will require further vouchers. It may be that the fault cannot be resolved over the telephone and a subsequent onsite visit may be required.
